The needle roller bearings have a high load carrying capacity with very small section height.They are available with or without inner ring. The needle rollers meet with G2 grade and have an extremely narrow dianmeter variation of 2um .The bearings with high rigid cage ,which may guide parallel to the axis.
Materials:Material for needle roller is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC60---65.Material for inner and outer races is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC61---65.Material for cages is quality low-carbon steel or reinforced nylon.
